This is a desk with a story. It used to be the desk of a book seller in a store in Beverly. It is the most sturdy desk you will ever come across. I believe it is considered a "banker's desk" or an executive desk. There are lots of these desks on pinterest that have been redone and made to look quite lovely. You could stand on this desk and nothing would happen to it. This vintage wooden desk is 50 Wide, 32 Deep and 31 Tall. It has a thick glass top, a keyboard tray, 2 pull out shelves, a filing cabinet drawer, and 4 storage drawers. The wood is stained so in order to spruce this up I generally have just wiped it down over the years and rubbed in some stain. In order to own this desk you will need to come to Ipswich with a truck and another person. The price is zero dollars. The exit out of the house is easy; it is a single story ranch.
