Joey trampoline. Suitable for a single child at a time. There was a handlebar at one point but that's long gone. Tear on the cover but otherwise works great.

Would it make a decent workout trampoline for an adult?

I don't think so. My youngest is probably 60 lbs and that's about the upper limit of what this thing will take. Its OK for kids goofing off but an adult trying to get some exercise...you'd be bottoming out I think.
