Needs attention or for Spare Parts. Planax Copy Binder 1 - Thermal Binding Machine Not Working Properly This machine heats up O.K. The Strip bar moves into place O.K. Only thing not working are the clamping plates. They try to move into gear but get stuck. This machine would be good for anyone that can repair it, could send it off for repair, or use for spare parts. Operating manual included. Service manual included, which I found difficult to understand. Others may find it useful in repairing. Please note, this is a very heavy machine. I would suggest 2 strong people collect.
