Think like an old fashion version of a Thule rack for the top of your car but this one is plastic. It straps to the roof rack on the car and kept everything clean and dry during you commute or vacation. We used it during the 80’s. This could be used in a garage or shed to keep items clean and dry. Or put in the yard to keep yard toys.
