Memory foam Queen Mattress and bedding

We have a queen sized memory foam mattress about 10" thick purchased at Costco in 2011 that we no longer need. It was lightly used by 2 kids for about 1 year, then barely used as a guest bed for 5 years, and sometimes used by kids to jump on. There are some marks from markers on the cover of the mattress. It is still very comfortable. We are including a mattress pad (waterproof) and a set of sheets (1 fitted + 1 flat). We never used it with a metal frame or box spring. Memory foam mattresses need some kind of support, and bed slats spaced 2" or less apart or a plywood base is recommended. We used it straight on the floor and propped it up on its side for ventilation and storage between uses. You will need to carry from our walk out basement, around our set of townhouses, to the front parking area, and load in your vehicle. You will need someone to help carry it as it is unwieldy and heavy. That's what makes it comfortable. Pick up in Reston.
