Hello again, thanks for the reply. Im interested in the coolflex. Can I ask, what is the access like for collection, ie. Any stairs to deal with etc? Also, has the mattress been used in a smoke free environment?

This is on the ground floor, so it shouldn't be difficult to carry out of the building. Yes, the mattress has been in a smoke free environment
