This dresser is from the 1940s and is heavy, well made and might be solid oak. It belonged to my grandparents. It has 4 drawers, 1 of which has 2 wooden dividers. It is almost 44" long X 20" deep X 36" tall. The only problem is the top has stains from what I think is black shoe polish. If you want it, bring a friend to help you carry it as I can't help load.
