Crate and Barrel Sofa

We have a gently used oatmeal colored crate and barrel sofa. It's about 4 years old; the frame, cushions and legs are in good shape. Sofa is clean and the covers unzip for easy washing. The only issue is a small tear on the arm rest (thanks to a lab puppy) that could easily be patched.
