I took it to a service shop for an estimate but decided to replace it rather than have it fixed. Repair estimate is $100 labor, $20 for part plus shipping for part. The printer shows an error message that it doesn't recognize the cyan print cartridge as being installed. The service shop is pretty sure that ink has leaked on to the circuit board that manages printer ink. The printer is about four years old and in very good condition other than it no longer works. If you have the capability to fix this, I feel it is a good deal. One of the photos shows the printer packaged in the box that came with the replacement printer - it is a newer model.
