Antique wing back chair

I don't know how old this chair is. My mother bought it used in 1960. It needs reupholstering and the seat is a little droopy. It is carved mahogany or rosewood from left arm, around back and down to the right arm. The front feet are carved also. It needs a good home, where it can be brought back to it's beautiful splendor.
